Placing an Order
Ordering with us is quick and easy. Simply browse our collection, select your preferred items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept secure payments through major debit/credit cards, mobile money, and other trusted payment gateways.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. We process orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct to avoid delivery delays.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer both local and international delivery. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Local deliveries: 1–3 business days
- International deliveries: 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened hair products, cosmetics, or beauty tools.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at medaeshairbeautycare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
